11/08/07: RIP car!

The car wont make it so we're trucking it the rest of the way. Will take 2 days or so to get there, prob no signal till then so don't worry!
10/08/07: Khovd (Mongolia)

Vaguely know where we are... Currently riding a truck (car on top) to a city after killing the car over rocky hills! 70km in 2 days. Time is short, exit strategy being considered. Will be very sad to leave but very happy for a bed a shower and a steak. Love to all, see you in the UK!
04/08/07: Convoy lost

For those who don't already know, Joxer (Ciaran) had to ditch the Mini at the Turkmenistan border and proceed by foot (plane!). Been convoying with them all of the way so far so its a shame. We, however, crashed the car into a truck, and carried on. Two mechanics later the car is running as if new! Ish. Should be in Mongolia within a week (ish). xxDom

13:00 Russian border easy peasy! Try for mongolia tonight! Mike's cooking is amazing but still want a burger king! Windscreen mostly gaffa tape now: every bump gives us a glass shower but hey ho!
